About Tolleck Winner
Tolleck Winner is British artist and sculptor based in Essex, England. He is a Member of the Royal Society of Sculptors (MRSS). His lifelong passion for art and sculpture started at a very young age. His mother vividly remembers seeing Tolleck mixing mud with water in their garden to create sculptures of people at just five years old.
But, it was only in 1996 after an almost fatal road accident that art became the lifeline which helped him turn his life around.
Since that consequential period in his life, Tolleck has been creating works of art in diverse media including bronze, steel, oils and acrylic to express his ideas on humanity and the fragility of the human condition. He has interwoven the symbolism inherent in disparate subjects such as skulls, spectacles, people in motion to show us that in time and space it is always love, unity and peace that transcend everything else.
